聯絡人：黃先生聯絡方式：0930862438 房屋地點：台北市士林區中社路61巷28號鄰近交通：棕13至大直，255至士林所在樓層：所在樓層4/總樓層4 租金(月)：5500 押金：兩個月公共設施：客廳、洗衣機、烘衣機、飲水機、電視格局坪數：4 隔間材質：水泥牆能否接受寵物：可參考圖片： https://www.facebook.com/Tai.L.Huang/media_set?set=a.10200328940546088.1073741 825.1831639901&type=1 備註：本來四房只住兩個人，因另一人工作因素必須搬離，想把空房徵滿，共有三間空房。本人也在外討生活，所以明白套房那種空虛寂寞覺得冷的感覺。房間不貴，公共空間寬大明亮，舒服而沒有壓迫感。適合實踐，東吳，銘傳的學生，公車直達。限學生(我年紀也不大，所以想找年紀相仿) 基本上我沒什麼變態癖好你不用擔心，也沒有什麼奇怪的規矩，大家互相尊重就好。我除了晚上會出門喝酒，在家彈琴也沒有什麼休閒活動。寵物的部分完全可以，但狗狗不行，因為我怕狗。貓咪也是沒問題的。可菸，怕菸味的人別來了。比較麻煩的是因為是要找住一起的夥伴，所以要請您本人先電話聯絡我，然後約在大直我必須先看過你，聊聊天，才有辦法帶您回家看房間。畢竟要一起生活，我也害怕你/妳是壞人。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.42.223.142
