備 註： 水電網路是分攤的，一個月約300~500多， 這是一間三房一廳，樓下的機車停車位很好找， 吃的也很方便，走路到7-11只要半分鐘 單人床、電腦桌、櫃子、化妝台、書櫃 衣服可以放外面的公用衣櫃， 浴室只跟一位共用， 兩位室友都是女生，所以想找一位女室友來接我的房間， 不跟房東同住，也不會來，可以開伙、下廚， 兩位室友各養一隻貓，可以偶爾帶朋友來， 但請不要帶男賓， 有陽台、洗衣機，可以曬衣服，空間很大， 他們倆個人很好相處，沒有抽菸跟不好的習慣， 不會半夜喧鬧、出入複雜之類的，都有正當職業。 我最近換了工作，每天通車要1個小時， 有點受不了想搬到附近去， 但我的租約到明年8月中，所以想找找看有沒有人可以接我的租約， (女、不抽菸、有正當職業) 入住的日期可以再討論， 我平常上班很忙，大概只有六日可以看房子， 有興趣可以再問我！謝謝！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.160.239.181
