文章很長，抱歉... hi... 我是superg5566~ (我支持56復活) 以行為與結果具相當因果關係為要件，由於通常情形下，強盜輕傷不會導致死亡，死亡是因乙之特殊體質而反於常規的出現，故不具相當因果關係。但是我在練習的時候，仍認為罕見疾病是行為前就所知之客觀事實，具相當因果。又加上，強盜為行為危險，肯定乙死亡的危險關聯，甲雖無故意，但具備過失，應對其加重結果負過失之責，成立強盜致死罪。認知與解題書不同，不知道會不會有很大的問題?? 是否我有錯誤? 2.關於Key提的解題架構會依照相關犯罪的每一項特殊關係下去解題.. 與我寫作的方式有不同 (刑法解題方式使用撲馬老師的方式寫) 是否應該繼續學習撲師的寫法，還是應該要調整成Key題的寫作方式呢??
