iPhone綁約價 蘋果遭公平會罰2千萬

蘋果公司限制我國電信業者iPhone綁約價，遭到公平會以違反《公平交易法》第18條，開罰2千萬元，並要求立刻停止違法行為。

　公平會表示，蘋果手機在台灣的銷售，主要是透過中華電信、台灣大哥大、遠傳3家公司銷售，蘋果與電信業者的關係屬「經銷」，而不是「代銷」，產權屬於我國電信業者所有，蘋果無權干涉綁約價，因此限綁約價是違法行為。
