授權惹身腥 台灣智慧卡不玩了

黃色小鴨才開展，就因授權惹得一身腥，台灣智慧卡公司決定「不玩了」，將目前販售的黃色小鴨智慧卡下架，並接受消費者退貨、退款。

台灣智慧卡公司指出，當初希望傳遞小鴨的療癒力量，如今情況丕變，令人遺憾。下架將使公司至少損失三、四百萬元。

不過，智慧卡公司表示，只要霍夫曼、基隆市或范可欽釐清著作權問題，願將已經製作的小鴨智慧卡捐贈出去，供霍夫曼或基隆市作公益使用，推行小鴨快樂理念。
