1、 房屋地點：舊台中市(不依山傍海) 2、 房屋屋齡：5年內優先,最多不要超過10 3、 房屋類型：透天/別墅 4、 所在樓層：1~3F,有4F也OK 5、 房屋坪數：皆可 6、 房屋格局：希望每間皆為套房，有整層主臥 7、 房屋座向：坐北朝南佳(不朝西不朝北亦可) 8、 屋前巷(路)寬：8米以上 9、 購屋預算 :長輩希望1800W內 10、 有無陽台：希望有可以曬衣服的地 11、 有無停車位："一定要有前院停車!!能有雙車位更好~且有鐵捲門~不要地下室" 12、 交通：不要太偏僻就好,希望附近有交流道或是重要道路 如國一、國三、台74 13、 附帶條件說明： 長輩要的房子 希望一定要有的需求 (1)電梯(長輩膝蓋不好受過傷) (2)前院雙車位 (3)有子母垃圾車，長輩工作繁忙，無法配合垃圾車時間 (4)整層主臥且盡量每間皆為套房 (5)不要管理費(若需要希望是1000內/月) 14、 聯絡資訊：最好以站內信方式連絡 可以的話請給我照片聯結 謝謝各位 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 124.11.170.46 ※ 編輯: stator 來自: 124.11.170.46 (12/08 16:29)
