我現在竹北科技園區工作待了5個月公司流動率很大福利不好沒有三節年終聽說錢不多最近工作量增加事情很多公司同事也抱怨加班到10點多沒有加班費責任制所以我想要在12月中旬離職然後希望可以在這個時候找到工作不想等到年後因我不喜歡待業的時間無事可做但聽說年底不好找工作即使有職缺也可能是屎缺請問真的是這樣嗎? 請大家給我點建議吧~! 感激不盡~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.110.145.116
