小弟近期在新竹市買了一個預售換約的大三房雙車位, 還沒開始貸款, 最近有在思索說雙車位的需求? 因為小弟目前還是機車代步, 兩個車位頂多父母來訪才用得到一個房貸稍微有點重, 所以想說等交屋之後, 先把一個車位售出~ 因為住戶:車位=1:1.5, 算是充足的量不知道有沒有人有這方面的經驗可以分享一下看法的乾蝦~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.169.133.136
