「七七行館」竊佔國土 劉政池聲押

苗栗縣長劉政鴻胞弟劉政池位在台北市泉源路的「七七行館」傳出占用國有地、不當得利200萬爭議，士林地檢署檢察官昨天早持搜索票進入別墅，並派怪手開挖遭民眾檢舉、非法設立的地下室。劉政池經檢方漏夜偵訊，15日凌晨2點20分裁定聲請羈押。

檢方認為劉政池涉及竊佔國土、詐欺案，案情不單純，且可能還有證人未到案，因此聲押。

劉竊佔的土地面積地上約4千平方公尺、地下約六百平方公尺，開挖土方達1萬多立方公尺；他兩名女兒劉冠廷、劉冠余也因分別涉竊佔國土、詐欺罪嫌，各以100萬和200萬元交保。
