台北市長郝龍斌今赴市議會接受市政總質詢，市議員顏聖冠質詢自來水園區的渾水抽水站市定古蹟Pipe live house（水管音樂展演空間），因園區委外廠商易主致調漲租金，造成獨立音樂工作者無力承租一事。

郝龍斌說，市府不是以營利為目的，但如何在委外廠商及獨力音樂工作者之間取得平衡，會要求相關局處瞭解實際的困難，並與廠商及承租者協調，給予相對弱勢的文化團體支持與幫助。
