憲法第85條規定，一定要經由國家考試才可以任官 警大警專有其警察文化價值，同時學術實務資源豐富，有其存在之必要 兩者中和 其實可以效法日本的做法 警大警專另行舉辦考試，考試科目與大學入學考試同，只是改成由考選部主辦 警大警專畢業的時候，另行舉辦專業科目的資格檢定考試 採及格制，只要畢業的時候可以通過資格檢定的，即取得任官資格 這個制度在學校講很久了，只是沒有人想動 因為多一事不如少一事 以上 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 210.241.92.249
