紅內衣未帶好運 謝依涵難逃死

八里雙屍案被告謝依涵今天到士林地院出庭聆判，以短髮搭配象徵幸運的紅內衣，但仍難逃死刑，她得知後面無表情，低頭不語。

在押的謝依涵上午就被提訊到士林地方法院，她剪去一頭長髮，以齊耳短髮別著小花造型髮夾現身，她身穿藍衣，還被媒體捕捉到她穿著象徵幸運的紅色內衣。

謝依涵聽到審判長當庭判處死刑，面無表情、神色漠然，隨即低頭無語。審判長諭知由於涉及重罪，法院會依職權幫她上訴，提醒她記得補充上訴理由，她點頭示意。謝依涵委任律師鄭凱鴻庭後表示，對於判決結果只能坦然接受，一定會上訴，

前媽媽嘴咖啡店店長謝依涵，被控在2月間下藥迷昏富商陳進福、張翠萍夫婦後，持刀殺害兩人後棄屍淡水河，還化老妝喬裝成張翠萍，盜領死者夫婦的銀行存款。

士林地院依強盜殺人、竊盜、行使偽造私文書、詐欺取財未遂等罪，判處謝依涵死刑，禠奪公權終身，全案可上訴。
