李宗瑞吸毒已勒戒 檢方不起訴

富少李宗瑞去年8月間投案時，被查獲曾施用毒品MDMA，他後來送北所觀察勒戒後，認定已無施用傾向，北檢今天處分不起訴。

李宗瑞去年傳出性侵及偷拍多名女子期間，曾經一度失聯，他在去年8月23日晚間主動到台北地檢署報到，檢方開庭期間，由法醫室檢驗員採集他的頭髮檢驗，發現往前回溯3個月內某時，在台灣的不詳地點，非法使用第二級毒品MDMA。

檢方後來向法院聲請觀察勒戒獲准後，在今年9月間將李宗瑞移送台北看守所進行觀察勒戒，所方在10月21日出具報告指出，認定李宗瑞已無繼續施用毒品傾向。北檢審酌這份報告內容後，今天將他不起訴處分。

本案部分，李宗瑞被控自民國98年起，到台北市夜店把妹後，對34名女子下藥性侵，再用攝影機和手機拍攝性愛過程，遭檢方起訴，具體求刑30年；一審認定，李宗瑞偷拍15人、性侵9人，強制性交合併執行18年6月徒刑，要賠償12名被害人總計新台幣1425萬元。目前全案在台灣高等法院審理中。
