轉型不成 生技公司製毒遭查獲

調查局今天宣布破獲一家老牌生技公司，涉嫌代工製作毒品一粒眠。調查局當場查獲25萬顆一粒眠，市價約新台幣5000萬。

調查局新北市調處接獲線報，有幫派背景的陳姓男子，涉嫌提供原料「硝甲西泮」，委請台中一家老牌知名生技公司陳姓負責人代工製作第三級毒品「一粒眠」。

陳姓負責人因申請GMP認證未獲通過，只能製作健康食品，見製毒有利可圖，因此鋌而走險，以合法掩護非法方式，允諾代工製毒。

市調處經長期跟監後，昨天在台北地檢署檢察官指揮下，大批幹員前往位於台中市東區的廠房，趁交貨時一舉將主嫌陳姓男子及生技公司陳姓負責人等4人拘提到案。

市調處並現場查獲一粒眠成品25萬粒，毛重48.2公斤，市價約5000萬元，及產製一粒眠副原料乳糖、葡萄糖等百餘公斤，並查扣打錠機、粉碎機、乾燥機等各式機具。

主嫌陳姓男子到案後坦承犯行，但生技公司陳姓負責人則否認代工製毒，辯稱對方是委託他製造「安眠藥」並非毒品，但事證確鑿，調查局訊後將4人移送法辦。
