女/已婚無小孩/國立商管碩畢 目前公司 新offer (外商) (南科) 薪水 58K*13.5 50K*14+看表現分紅 (第一年保障16) 職位 財務 經管分析 車程 大部分在家 車程20mins 遠距支援 內容 月結專案費用 分析產品獲利 執行專案預測 找出niche product提供業務努力方向 負責BU財務相關事宜 缺點 升遷機會都在台北 常加班，現在沒加班費但可補休 沒發展性 產業起伏甚大 感覺所學甚窄 沒同事，加薪慢 優點 福利好 總部在台南升遷機會較大，能見度較高?! 休假多(17天/年) 自由 穩定 雖然在家是滿悠哉 但已經作三年多感覺自己沒成長 雖然學經歷不錯但在公司也沒受到太大重視 加上婚後relocate 升遷機會越趨渺小 是不是該接受較低薪水去拼一拼呢?? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.194.0.86 ※ 編輯: coloree 來自: 123.194.0.86 (10/24 11:03)
