曾銘宗：壽險資產評價不能任意變更

金管會主委曾銘宗今天下午表示，壽險業資產評價不能變來變去，否則外界將搞不清楚是什麼基礎來做評價，未來除非有重大理由，且經金管會核准，否則不能任意變更。

曾銘宗表示，假設財報評價的資產變來變去，外界也搞不清楚是什麼基礎來做評價，所以基本上這是我們過去一向的原則是，要審慎去評估的分類，一經評估分類後，不可輕易的改變，不然財報從過去到現在，縱斷面跟同業之間橫斷面沒有比較性，所以未來會朝此方向做。

對於前一波已有六、七家都變更過，現在要如何補救此問題？曾銘宗說，過去就是因為曾有變更情況，所以保險局經過審慎研議後，我們認為要讓財報縱的跟橫的有比較性，所以以後要做相關變更除非有重大理由，不會輕易讓他變更相關的評價。

要事先核准？曾銘宗說，對。否則有利時這季擺這，下一季又擺那，這樣不行。
