想請問前輩 刑62條自首是未發覺之罪自首而受裁判者... 因此自首是行為人在犯罪尚未發覺前，向該管公務員申告犯罪事實，並(自願接受法院裁判)的行為 問題:如果甲今天殺了乙，但事實還沒被發現，自行向派出所報案，說自己殺了人，就可以了嗎?還是要另外說"願意接受法律制裁之類"的才算自首? 謝謝指點 -- posted from android bbs reader on my Sony Ericsson LT18i https://market.android.com/details?id=com.bbs.reader -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 223.138.139.5
