想請問一下泥作地板可以這樣加強嗎

最近家裡的老房要整修
因為是三十年的房子，擔心他的結構不穩
所以找了幾個師傅來估價
加鐵柱加強這是一定要的，但還有老闆建議我門要綁鐵加強樓板的厚度
就是在綁二層四分鐵灌漿強化
不過我看過的工程中，都是要重新綁鐵應該是全部的隔間 包含廁所、樓梯都要全部打掉，才能夠綁鐵勾著柱子的鐵
但我家的廁所、樓梯都沒有要打掉，我問了工程的老闆，那要怎麼做
他說就穿過強綁鐵就可以了
我覺得這樣怪怪的

這樣不是變成一層樓有的樓板打到見磚，隔間牆跟地板連結處沒有打然後用穿過的
這樣有強化結構的作用嗎?

還請有經驗的人回答我一下
