各位版友大家好 朋友最近看了一間屋子，已下斡旋在515萬 仲介說可以貸到7成，也就是515x0.7=360萬 這是仲介給我朋友看的謄本(個資部分已遮) http://photo.xuite.net/dearrain/12281433*1 朋友請我幫忙看，我也非專業不是很懂 想上來請位各版友 1.這間應該是民國86年屋主買入的房子 然後屋主在101年的時候把房子拿去星展銀行抵押五十年(?)借出393萬嗎 ，還是393/1.2=327.5萬 如果是327.5萬的話，那會不會代表我朋友接手後只能貸出327.5萬而非仲介所說的360萬 (我朋友月薪含固定加班部份四萬初頭) 2.建物主要用途 一般我看到都是住、商、住商 我是第一次看到"停車 住宅 水塔"，請問這部分有無疑慮 麻煩幫我解惑，謝謝大家 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 221.120.0.111
