關於奈沙馬蘭 ( M. Night Shyamalan ) 這導演在電影界應該也算小有名氣， 他的作品全是來自於自身靈感的驚悚懸疑之作，感覺是個極度富有想法的人， 不過也因為風格特殊，電影的評價常呈現兩極化， 比較著名的有【靈異象限】、【靈異第六感】、【水中的女人】 跟【陰森林】等等，到現在我也沒有全都看過就是。 相較於一般恐怖片的少血腥殺戮、突然出現在鏡頭前的怪物、 巨大的聲響等較為感官(視覺、聽覺) 的嚇人方式， 他著重於恐怖氣氛的營造，有創意而不過度誇張。 在這部【惡靈電梯】當中，融入了聖經故事、惡魔等宗教元素，強調著因果關係，除 了讓劇情更加合理外，警世的意味也相當濃厚。 另外特別的是故事中提到惡魔再對一群人進行審判前會偽裝成人類混入其中， 先玩弄再將他們一一折磨致死，試著去猜到底誰是惡魔的偽裝， 我想這點應該可以滿足不少大小柯南們吧 XD 結論: 喜歡有故事性+懸疑氣氛等心理壓迫 > 視覺、聽覺刺激的恐怖片的話， 看奈沙馬蘭的應該很適合!
