如題。因為最近一直接到房仲電話；有點煩不勝煩。假如大家覺得房價已經到頂，是否表示現在可以賣房子了?? 首先，我不是投資客，是自住客。賣了，也不是套現賺錢，主要也是希望可以賺一點來換比較大的房子。 [反方] 1.身邊的親友都反對，理由是賣了怕買不回來...我自己也感覺很多人換房子越換越差... 2.賣房子的成本其實很高--仲介費,稅金,所得稅...其實不是像帳面上的數字那麼爽。 3.賣了房子現金在手，一時又找不到房子-->亂花錢的可能性大增(這也是觀察到的現象) [正方] 1.仲介說，趨勢向下，現金在手，慢慢再找新標的比較好。(很理性，可以接受) 大家覺得呢?? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.219.143.12
