中度颱風菲特襲台，台南市區颳起9級陣風，街道上皆是被吹落的樹枝與垃圾，台南市消防局一早就接獲6起招牌險掉落的意外，路上則有不少行人，因風力過大，只好抱緊電線桿怕被吹倒，消防局提醒民眾與商家必須將招牌懸牢，做好防颱準備，並注意人車安全。
