菲特來襲 基隆風大雨少淹碼頭

菲特颱風來襲，基隆地區風勢強勁，凌晨到近午時雨量累積僅8毫米，不少人趁著雨勢乍歇，到海邊觀浪。

由於時值漲潮，基隆港東六到東七老碼頭因地勢低，一陣陣浪頭湧上，碼頭面淹水難行，布滿垃圾。
