原po手邊有一個門號是之前某版友轉讓的中華門號合約已經到期快一年了裡面還有預繳餘額大概快2000 現在想把這個門號改為預付卡客服說這個只能退款且須回原據點但是當初是版友刷卡，而且在新竹門市(原po在台北) 基本上我也不一定要把餘額拿回來直接儲值至預付卡也可以但客服只能說抱歉、對不起.... 請問這個真的無解嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.60.126.27
