經典台菜 紐約飄香

為了推廣台灣美食，僑委會特別舉辦「經典台菜工作坊」，邀請欣葉飯店主廚張朝詠現場教授地瓜芋圓湯與八寶油飯捲，分享製作秘訣。

紐約華僑文教中心今天特別邀請紐約地區台灣美食業者與大廚齊聚一堂，和特別從台灣到紐約展示廚藝的張朝詠切磋美食心得。

張朝詠運用在地食材，現場傳授地瓜芋圓湯及八寶油飯捲，兩道極具台灣特色的料理供來賓現場品嚐，並分享製作秘訣，來賓品嚐後均讚不絕口。

「經典台菜工作坊」是僑委會「僑營台灣美食標章」專案，希望透過與店家東主及廚師的第一手互動交流，提升海外台灣美食餐飲業者的技術，吸引更多外國饕客享用台灣美食。
