柏南克：今年稍晚可能啟動QE退場

美國聯準會主席柏南克在美東時間十八日下午兩點半（台北時間十九日凌晨兩點半）召開記者會說明，暫緩量化寬鬆（ＱＥ）的退場機制，維持購債規模（每月八百五十億美元），希望看到更多經濟好轉的證據再行決定。

柏南克表示，聯準會「可能在今年底」啟動ＱＥ退場，但「尚無固定時間表」。他說，經濟成長的下滑風險已降低，但失業率仍處於令人無法接受的水準，當前經濟數據也未達確保縮減購債規模的基準。柏南克重申，失業率降至百分之六點五之前，都不會升息。

美國央行稍早對聯準會的決定發表聲明表示，近幾個月來，美國金融情況吃緊，若啟動ＱＥ退場，可能減緩改善經濟及勞動市場的進度。（綜合外電）
