1.來源連結: http://news.housefun.com.tw/news/article/20910041615.html 2.內容: 宋健生／報導 由台中市地政局打造的「台中市不動產資訊樂活網」最近上線，標榜是全 國首創、且功能強大，讓不動產交易價格更透明，也可以幫民眾輕鬆找到好房子、好土地 。 圖片翻攝自台中市不動產資訊樂活網，該網近日已上線。 這個網站，透過圖形化呈現 易淹水、潛勢危險山坡地與溪流、汙染管控、周邊公共建設及開發計畫、土地使用分區等 資訊；連學校、公園、停車場、景點也都有，甚至還加入Google街景圖，應有盡有。 內 政部99年補助市府建置這個網站時，只有簡單的不動產資訊。縣市合併後，不動產交易量 大增，加上實價登錄上路，因此地政局重新改造網站，加入許多重要訊息及功能，也使得 原本僅2萬多人次上網，迅速增至8.9萬人次。 民眾向內政部申報不動產交易資料後，地 政局本於專業判斷「去頭去尾」，將價格過高或過低的8%不正常案件剔除，剩下的92%均 已登錄網站，目前有3萬多筆不動產交易資料。「台中市不動產資訊樂活網」網址 http://158.taichung.gov.tw。 3.心得或感想: 很好奇這玩意會不會和實價登錄一樣有很多的漏洞...XD 多少可以參考啦 (請勿轉載非新聞網站之新聞，否則視為該網站廣告處理) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 210.150.163.102
