租屋地點：高雄市三民區敦煌路80巷20號(民族路大樂旁邊) 每月租金：兩間套房，每間4000元/月，不包水電租屋押金：一個月水電費：1.水費由大家均攤 2.電費有獨立電表計算套房種類：獨立套房格局坪數：一間6~7坪，另一間8~9坪樓層:8~9坪的在1樓，6~7坪的在2樓，總樓層是5樓隔間材質：水泥隔間聯絡人：陳小姐（0923102725）房內設備：光纖網路、冷氣、書桌、椅、衣櫃、床、獨立電表、電視(含第四台)、獨立電熱水器、個人小冰箱、浴室特色: 1樓出去走幾步路就是明誠路，有明誠路麥當勞、7-11、民族路大樂，旁邊還有河堤公園、星巴克等等..... 騎機車到高醫或文藻或大順路的好市多，皆5分鐘內可到達，距離裕誠路上吃的店家及瑞豐夜市都可很快到達，生活機能超便利公共設備：洗衣機(不須投幣，公共電費房東吸收) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.27.135.39
