各位雙和版的大大好小弟目前想要開始慢跑上網查了一下好像要提供幾點資訊大家比較能推薦 1.跑的地板：目前應該是PU跑道 or 公園周圍的石磚地 2.運動時間：每周3~5天去跑每次約1小時 (包含快走熱身等時間) 所以我抓 10KM上下吧 3.程度：初學者想請問一下目前雙和哪邊有比較多的慢跑鞋可以挑店並想請問一下初學者跟這種地板這樣的運動有比較推薦的牌子嗎我目前是抓 1.5~2K 然後牌子選 Mizuno 謝謝各位跑友的回答 PS：我應該會跑四號公園　不然就仁愛公園　　　　希望有機會會遇到跑友^^ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.164.172.24
