吳裕群：推動T股掛牌 需對等

新任證期局局長吳裕群今天表示，推動T股的前提是「對等」。也就是，在中國大陸註冊的優質企業可來台掛牌，但同時台灣的企業也可去大陸掛牌、發行大陸存託憑證（CDR）。

T股是大陸註冊企業來台灣掛牌上市，即為T股；行政院院長江宜樺日前指出，在創櫃板建置完成後，T股是下一波金管會政策重點；吳裕群走馬上任後，T股推動進度，受到矚目。

金管會證期局下午舉行交接典禮，原局長黃天牧升任金管會副主委，吳裕群回鍋娘家；吳裕群致詞時指出，過去在證期局和櫃檯買賣中心服務，學習到溝通是一種藝術，上任後，將建立溝通平台，業界若有任何建議，他「一定從開放的角度」思考，讓資本市場在兼顧監理的原則之下，可有更多創新的商品。

由於金管會日前推出振興股市的三支箭，吳裕群何時會發出第四支箭？他表示，不需要去數第幾支箭，因為以後大箭、小箭會很多，大家會數不清！
