門號綁約了。還可以號碼嗎？

綁約中的門號當然不能換號碼了，要換號碼就要先解約，但你要付違約金給電信公司的。
倒不如你先去你想要的那家電信公司，先辦理一個最低月租費的門號，或是預付卡，等到舊門號合約到期再解約。
