想請問102年上志光黃靖老師政治學的同學 老師發的A7講義p.29 第三點講到政治過程論 其中提到:涉及 否決者的多寡 又分成總統制和內閣制 下兩行寫:3個veto-->可能成功/ (首相)1個veto-->較難成功 (其中成功應該是指上一行公民運動"被同情"的機率) 我上網查了否決者理論 看了一下還是覺得無法理解筆記... 當初老師趕課沒抄板書 影印了以前同學的筆記發給大家 所以有些部分看不太懂 希望同學幫忙解惑 謝謝! ^^ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.228.17.152
