我178/85，胸圍約99cm之前穿JK028 XL
若沒裝護胸，胸口剛剛好服貼，裝了反而有點緊
而且騎塑膠車時因上半身會微彎，脖子會有一點卡到衣服的感覺
穿沒兩次之後護胸就不裝了
衣服長度算是剛好，大概是肚臍下約1~2cm
推測樓主的身材應屬瘦長型，若穿XL上半身肯定很空
防摔衣還是要穿的有點貼身比較好
13年款的有幾件是Slimfit應該比較適合
建議去部品店試穿過後去找日本代購買回來，含運的價錢比鬼島的精品價漂亮多了

再補充一點，就我自己的心得028應該是介於春夏季&四季型的產品之間
氣口全開時進氣感還算明顯，不過有裝護胸還是會影響一些
冬季時把氣口關上後頗防風，大概不低於16度個人都還撐得住
