陳威仁：治水工作要整體持續下去

行政院秘書長陳威仁今天在國民黨中常會上說，治水工作是要整體持續下去，哪些區域、方法作得好？哪些要改進？都要檢討。他說，行政院立場是組成專案團隊，目標是提出兼顧永續發展及治水功效的方案，並訂出標準程序跟公平標準。至於治水預算，目前作法是等專案小組評估後再來檢討預算。
