2013／7 http://vikingbear.pixnet.net/blog/post/28938423 電話：03-876-3469 地址：花蓮縣鳳林鎮中正路二段18號 回花蓮的路上~跟男友講有這家店 因為回程的路上也餓了 就來嚐嚐鮮吧~ 店家的位置滿好找的 下午四五點左右~生意還真好呢 座位區可以說是座無虛席~ 雖然店家的賣的項目不少 但我們還是從基礎的臭豆腐點起吧 韭菜取代了泡菜 是挺新奇的組合 店家把韭菜切成了小段 滿滿的舖在臭豆腐上面 有些人不愛韭菜的味道 也許是因為切成了小段 個人覺得韭菜味道不是太重 加上店家的臭豆腐 現場吃的口感不錯~外酥內軟 只不過 臭豆腐本身吃起來不如想像中的重口味 所以整體來說~味道沒有想像中可怕 但是要比想像中要來的合拍一點 另外一份則是傳統的泡菜臭豆腐 泡菜吃起來偏甜一點 個人比較喜歡更酸一點的滋味 說實在的~泡菜比起韭菜要來的解膩就是 或許還是比較習慣傳統的味道吧 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.71.141.97
