請問開關換插座的問題

各位大大請教一下
客廳有面牆沒有插座，導致延長線要拉很長
而有個不用的電燈開關，是否可以換成插座來使用
開關不見了，只剩下電線
以下是圖片，有三條線，兩條灰色的，一條藍色

另外還有個是三個開關
但中間那個是控制某處的電燈，同樣也沒再用了
是否可以改成插座
