英偉達GT640 3G，是哪款型號來刷卡的?

請問有誰知道這張英偉達GT640 2G顯示卡(偽卡)，實際是那個編號去刷卡?
這張卡裝在我在使用的電腦和我另一台電腦(GT620麗台公司貨)，其他幾乎一樣配備，只差顯卡不同-->家中兩台，只差在記憶體4G和8G(現在我用的)
測試3D MAEK 11，數據差異沒有差非常多.
用起來也非常正常. LOL也是可以玩.
* GT620這台PC: 3D MARK 11:
ICE部分:32723
Cloud部分:3779

* GT640偽卡-->我的電腦
ICE部分:30732
Cloud部分:2572

以前資料，有人說拿8和9系列來刷，但是我還有7950 GX2雙顯卡，連LOL都不能玩，驅動程式換過8套+重灌WIN7三次不同光碟版本，還是不行玩.所以懷疑不是那麼舊的8和9系列.

大陸網友說是N240去刷.
不知道哪位大大可提供資訊。

最近顯卡得機瘟，GT440 1G出現色差及花格.
另一張GT440 3G，只要是3D測試或是LOL或創世神，一定開完幾秒後，就重新開機.
玩一般電玩就正常..重灌好幾次換上GT620就正常..但是以前都玩了快一年.
只能說該升級了.
