請教各位前輩我從父親那邊繼承了一個權利範圍非常小的房地產，權利範圍僅有239分之1 我個人完全不知道這房屋現狀如何，應該說連我父親本人可能都不知道自己有這個東西今天我收到一個法拍通知，看起來是其中一個持有人有債務問題，所以他那份被強拍在權利範圍這麼狹小的情況下去取得它有好處嗎? 還是就只能等看看有生之年它會不會被政府重劃? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.32.142.243
