外交部提醒注意詐騙新招

詐騙集團手段層出不窮。外交部最近接獲數起案例，小孩赴美留學，雖然有不定時向父母越洋電話報平安，但歹徒仍利用時差，找聲音相近的人打電話給家屬求救，讓家屬在情急之下請求駐館協助找人。

外交部北美司長令狐榮達27日在記者會上表示，經駐美館處了解，相關案例非個案，疑似有詐騙集團知悉留學生的行蹤，刻意以留學生家屬作為詐騙對象。

令狐榮達說，外交部獲報後，駐美館處都會在第一時間協助家屬聯繫警方及留學生。

外交部建議留學生，赴美求學一定要向家人報平安，並留下家人可隨時聯繫的管道，以免遭到不肖人士詐騙。
