標題[問題] 請問房屋貸款問題

請問一下我跟老婆有買一間小套房 目前正還在繳貸款中 但是最近想要開始找一般的大樓來自住 先前都是有一筆錢就先繳掉貸款... 但是最近想說要準備頭期款 考慮是不是先還小套房的貸款還是存著當新房子的頭期款 目前住在小套房..所以會先買好房子再賣小套房 所以如果我把貸款還了..可以再借嗎?這樣的手續會很複雜嗎? 借出來之後如果還要把小套房賣掉 是不是可以把賣出的錢直接還貸款? 有沒有比較建議的做法?? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.79.104.236
