「愛滋病到了需全民篩檢地步。」台大醫院感染科主治醫師謝思民表示，愛滋感染者不一定會發病，但已經具備傳染力；他說，只要曾發生過不安全性行為，就該落實每一到二年定期篩檢，保護自我，也避免傳染他人。
