版大運氣好,這算是平白撿到的好康,
不必向政府或任何人買回,
重測經公告程序確定後,
版大的權狀記載的就會變成重測後的面積.
我自己也有碰到這項事情,
老實說,一開始想到平白多出一些土地,賺到了,
不過,事後一分析,覺得也沒什麼好高興的,
因為,我原本利用的範圍就是那樣,
並沒有因權狀增加了面積,就多出一些空地來讓我用,
反而是因權狀增加了面積,日後得要多繳一些地價稅,
唯一的好處是：
當該筆土地要賣掉時,可能因面積加大而多賣點錢...
