立院下會期舉行十六場服貿公聽會

立法院第四會期即將在九月中開議，朝野協商日前決議，服貿協議需在立法院內政委員會舉行十六場公聽會，最快十月中才能進入實質審查。

立院第二次臨時會將服貿協議交付八個委員會聯席審查，已舉行四場公聽會，由朝野推派代表表達正反意見，但場內各執其見，場外也有團體包圍立院抗議。

國民黨政策會執行長林鴻池表示，下會期為預算會期，委員會慣例會先請部會首長針對預算業務報告，但內政委員會召委可先安排服貿協議公聽會，預計一天二場，八天議程便可舉行完畢，開議約三周即可實質審查。
