我要問健保相關問題

我想問的是我目前離職了上個公司三個月了
而這三個月我沒繳健保(因為不知道.....
結果在這天收到了催繳單了
可這不是我要問的問題
我要問的問題是
假如我在這個月底或者下個月找到工作了
然後公司幫我加保了勞健保
公司會順便幫我繳之前欠的那三個月嗎??(當然是直接用我薪資扣除沒了
因為我有點懶得跑去繳錢....(應該是說錢這方面有點困難)
