超收仲介費新招 立委：移工被迫簽本票

民進黨立委林淑芬今天與民間團體指出，外籍移工來台遭非法超收仲介費案例層出不窮，如今有仲介甚至變相要求移工先簽本票，若還不出來，就請法院發強制執行命令，對移工薪資強制扣款，法院已淪為廉價討債公司。

林淑芬要求，勞委會應成立調查機制徹查並於三個月內提出調查報告；司法院應公布外籍人士本票執行件數，若對藍領移工提起本票執行裁定，應進行販運案調查，強制執行的公文書也應有母國語言保障移工權益。

勞委會職訓局跨國勞動力管理組副組長趙文徽表示，將在三個月內提出移工被迫簽本票的初步調查報告，另會行文司法院，本票執行裁定應以雙語書面通知。
