平把公路車和彎把公路車 騎乘的感覺

一直是騎登山車，最近朋友一直挑弄勸敗公路車。

但觀察朋友們公路車上山路，發現問題想請教各位先進：
1 ~20%左右的下坡，說握下把會怕，都是握上把，但上把拉剎車很吃力，長坡手會很酸。
2 公路車和登山車用的肌肉群不同。

要是平把公路車，下陡坡重心是否會比較穩，用的肌肉群是否也和彎把車相同?請發表兩者的騎乘心得，謝謝。
