標題[請益] 系統廠 / ic design 月薪差異

一般來說, ic design 的話月薪都是比系統廠還要高以 software 來比較的話, 不知道差距大約是高多少呢? 如果是 designer 主力部隊的話, 應該又會比 software 高上不少以一個新人來看四年多前, 系統廠一般起薪在大約 40k~45k 的時候一些ic design 好像有開到 58k 左右, 發哥的話似乎開到 78k? 不知道差距是不是10k~20k左右? 最近很多家有大幅調薪, 像是台灣阿六品牌傻傻分不清楚的手機廠新人好像有到50k 四年經驗且調薪之後, 系統廠大約55k~60k, ic廠的薪資不知道可以到多少呢? 板上的各位有沒有甚麼高見~ -- Every thing can be wrong unless you can prove it is true. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.135.0.69
