最近買了一間十五年的中古屋請仲介提供以下三分文件 1. 大樓年度消防檢驗報告->說管委會沒有報告 2. 無海砂保證書 ->管委會也沒有~要住戶自己去跟戶政事務所申調 3. 無輻射鋼筋保證書 ->管委會也沒有~要住戶自己去跟戶政事務所申調請問這三樣不是很基本的東西嗎? 為什麼仲介都說沒有:( -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 122.147.15.66
