各位大哥大姐好小弟原住三重，因已經快邁入三十也應該要成家立業了，看房看了好久，從三重看到蘆洲實在是都買不起，在上個月不小心透過朋友介紹五股上河園這個案件，也不知道是在衝動什麼就下訂了，然而現在在591看到了許多人陸續開始賣此案件，開的價錢都非常的誇張，甚至有開到快60萬，遠高於我當初買的價錢，因對於五股實在是沒有什麼感情，思考了許久想說還是要買在三蘆地區，想請教各位前輩，對於現在的我是應該退訂還是要轉手賣，心裡實在是猶豫不決，請有經驗的前輩指點小弟，畢竟這個金額不是個小數目。感謝!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.231.88.227
