標題[問題] 地上權房屋買賣? 划算嗎?

先說我們家境並沒有很有錢爸媽手頭有貸款四五百萬想投資結果看到台北市有一間十坪的透天蓋了約25年但是是只有地上權土地所有權是政府的近鬧區說要賣750左右爸媽打算說可以分租套房分租五間月入四萬左右 (以上是他們對未來的想像規劃) 因為我也才剛畢業工作尚未穩定~ 爸媽怎麼用錢當然沒辦法管他們覺得可以投資大家覺得呢... 我個人不是很希望他們買但找不到任何理由反駁他們貸款雖然不是我再繳的但最怕最後等工作穩定...貸款變成我在繳我很苦惱啊... 因為之前他們在桃園買一間三百萬的房子轉手有小賺60萬開始想加碼...... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.166.12.88
